This is my new blog — which I will try my darnedest (<- spellchecker says this is okay!) to update daily. Update with what, you might ask? A fair question. The answer is, of course, whatever the hell I feel like. You may get some political punditry (or anti-punditry, if you will). You may get a recipe for a winter stew. You may get a random quote I stumbled across, either in the cobwebby chambers of my brain or in whatever tome I’m currently struggling through. You may get a picture of my dog. His name is Miles. You will meet him soon. You will likely get more than your share of bad poetry, shaky shifts in verb tense, words that cannot be found in any modern dictionary, and occasionally mild filth. You may get a long, drawn out paragraph that cries out “enough!! move on to a new paragraph and let me die!!” But I will probably plod on, content to string “sentences” together endlessly until my very last exasperated reader — that’s right, I’m pretending people will read this — is compelled to either browse away or click the little “x” in the corner of the browser and retire to a dim corner somewhere to bang his or her head against a wall, silently weeping “no more, no more please.” That is the future I envision. We can get there together. Join me, won’t you?
